Philip B. Michelson, CPA

Philip B. Michelson has been practicing as a tax accountant and small business advisor since 2004. Phil earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Masters of Science in Taxation from the Texas A&M University in 2004, and received his CPA in 2006.

Phil began his public accounting career working for a prominent local firm where he worked on high net worth individuals, real estate partnerships, family partnerships, and medical and dental practices. He then joined a large national accounting firm working with their high net-worth clients, family partnerships, and closely held businesses.

Phil’s experience has taught him the value of maintaining a trusted advisor role with his clients, and to assist with pro-active tax planning with his small business clients and individual clients.

Phil is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (the AICPA), and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Houston Chapter.
